Within this context, we are recruiting our future ICT Director, member of the Executive Committee, directly reporting to the CEO.
Mission
The ICT Director defines, leads, and executes the Group’s IT and digital strategy in order to support:
He/she is accountable for the overall IT strategy of Protection Unit, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
When designing this digital strategy, particular attention is given to security, risk management, and compliance.
As a true executive leader and change architect, the ICT Director ensures a modern, secure, data-driven IT service capable of industrializing AI in a pragmatic and responsible manner.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Managerial & Operational Leadership
The ICT Director directly or functionally oversees the following domains:

Information Security & Data Protection

Application Development & Product Platforms

DevSecOps & IT Operations

Enterprise Architecture
-
Data Management & Analytics
-
Service Desk & End-User Support
-
PMO / Project & Product Governance
He/she is responsible for:

Team management (recruitment, development, performance)

IT budget ownership and investment arbitration

Execution of strategic priorities defined at executive level
2. Technology Strategy & Transformation
-
Define and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the Group’s growth and transformation objectives.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on delivery, pragmatism, and value-driven innovation.
-
Lead the transition toward modern and secure architectures.
-
Define a clear IT operating model (applications / platforms / services) suited to a multi-site environment.
3. Innovation & Advanced Technologies
-
Oversee enterprise architecture to ensure interoperable, coherent, and sustainable solutions.

Identify and assess emerging technologies relevant to the organization.
-
Develop and industrialize AI-based services (advanced analytics, automation, operational optimization).
-
Supervise the secure and responsible integration of LLM-based solutions into products and internal processes.
4. Security, Compliance & Resilience
-
Strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture and operational resilience.
-
Ensure security-by-design and privacy-by-design approaches.
-
Lead regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2 or equivalents).
-
Implement proactive IT, data, and third-party risk management.
-
Act as the Group’s CISO.
5. Governance & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with the Executive Committee, the Board, and member organizations.

Translate complex business needs into clear and executable IT roadmaps.
-
Manage and optimize technology and security partnerships.
-
Act as a true business partner — not merely a support function.
Profile
-
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role (IT Director, Head of IT, CIO, CISO).
-
Intermediate level of English required; Dutch is a plus.

Strong understanding of business tools and operational environments.
-
Solid functional analysis capabilities.
-
Comfortable with IT platforms (or equivalent environments).
-
Excellent command of Excel, reporting, and dashboarding.
-
Ability to simplify and communicate IT concepts to field teams.
-
Solution-oriented, efficiency-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
-
Strong organizational skills and commitment to delivery.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
